The law of diminishing returns

A lot can be done in a sort amount of time.  I work with my clients in short term sessions, typically 8-12 sessions per client.

We start by getting specific about your goals – not just where you want to go or what you want to accomplish but how you want to feel when you get there.

We start at the end and create specific measurables for the goals you set for yourself.

Then we start increasing the activities in your life that make you feel good.

Basically, I listen and ask you questions to get you where you want to go.

The truth is, you probably already know the way.
